Ordered that Elijah Hendon be appointed surveyor of that part of the road leading from Dover to Eddyville commencing at the widow Futrell's horse mill and continuing to the Tennessee River and that he have the following boundary to include hands to work under him, viz: Beginning at the state line, thence with said line to the Cumberland River with said road to the beginning.iver, thence down the river to Wm. Cook's, thence a straight line to said horse mill so as to include Johathan Ross and thence with said road to the beginning.
