1810, January 10, John Breeden sold to John Breeden Jr 75 acres, $200, in Marlborough District, SC, Bk GG p 293

John Breeden was one of the men appointed on June 8, 1814 to inventory Benjamin Herndon's estate

1814, October 24, John Breeden purchased from Ben Herndon's estate, one negro man, one negro woman, and a negro child, $1,245.

1818, February 20, John Hernson, Admin Ben Herndon's estate, received a sum "of John Breeden, Admin of Estate of Johyn Breeden, deceased being part of the note due by said John Breeden. $300" Marlborough, SC Bk A-2, p 316, recorded Jan 22, 1820.

1819, December 22, Marlborough, SC Deed Bk M, p 11: Mary Breeden, widow of John Breeden, Jr. sold John Breeden for $150 her right part share of dower part of a tract of land NE of Great Pee Dee River including the plantation whereon she lived joining the said John Breeden's Plantation and being the same land deeded to her husband Jan 10, 1810, 75 acres and also her RIght Claim Share or Dower as her widow's third part of that piece of land lyting near the above mentioned land containing 89 acres originally granted to Darby Smith, deeded to her husband by Samuel Godward Debrukle February 15, 1812.

1829. February 23, Bk N, p 119, Marlborough District SC, sheriff ordered to sells lands of John Breeden Jr Decd, except one third part of the said Estate which was purchased from the widow by Aaron Breedin, $106
