L Darnell for $150, on hundred dollars of which is in hand paid the balance secured by note, about 15 acres on the waters of Sinking fork, the same tract formerlhy owned by Jeremiah Harrison and by him sold to Mrs. Nancy Graham (sic Gream) our interest being one ninth part of said land
