Ordered that Robert Garnett surveyor of that part of the road leading from Cadiz to Clarksville commencing at the Dry Branch and continuing to the intersection of the road leading from Canton to Lindsey's mill in place of Wm Roberts resigned, that he have the following hands to work under him, to wit: Wm. Roberts, Jesse Grigsby, JG Garnett, George Skinner, Isaac Burnett, Richard Wilson, James Crute, Thos. Garnett, Anthony Garnett, Joel Wilson, Allen McGeehe, David Hernson, Alfred Herndon and the hands of Mrs. Garnett.

L Darnell for $150, on hundred dollars of which is in hand paid the balance secured by note, about 15 acres on the waters of Sinking fork, the same tract formerlhy owned by Jeremiah Harrison and by him sold to Mrs. Nancy Graham (sic Gream) our interest being one ninth part of said land, January 29, 1864
