Samuel Peachey married Mary ____, a widow and died without issue. In July 1712, mary, widow of Samuel Peachey late of Richmond County, Gent., gave bond as his administratrix.

William and Mary Quarterly, vol XVII, July 1908, No. 1, p 178, Mary Peachey will, May 1713, September 2, 1713, lists granddaughters Mary and Elizabeth Tarpley and Daughter Mary Tarpley one half of property to daughter Mary Tarpley and her children and the other half to James Biddlecomb's children and daughter Elizabeth Jones' children. Presented by Mrs. Mary Tarpley and prov. by the oath of John Tarpley Gent., who wrote the will by Mrs. Peachey's direction.
