Living Individual - Details withheldFirst appears in Isle of Wight Co, VA in 1707. Might have immigrated there from Bermuda; at least, they seem to have had family ties in Bermuda. There was an older Timothy Tynes, in Bermuda; he was hanged there for piracy and murder in 1730. He might possibly have been Sarah's grandfather.
