Mentions sons WIlliam and John Biggs and grandchildren William Biggs and Cathern Biggs (dau of John). Sister Miles (possibly a Mrs. Miles) probate recorded in Latin. The residence of katheren Biggs is identical to that given as the place of her birth in 1645 by Elizabeth Biggs in a 1667 deposition in the case of Clerke vx Vassall. This Elizabeth Biggs was one of John Biggs' elder daughters. This will provides convincing evidence that the widow Katheren Biggs was the mother of John Biggs, Sr, who died in 1696 in Lower Norfolk Co, Virginia.
