December 29, 1748 witness for William Wallis will: Wallis daughters listed were Lidia Bond and Abigal Daw. Abigail Daw later witnessed Jacob Pritchett's will. Lidia was probably the wife of John Bond Jr.

July 8, 1749 witness for John Bond will

Early Records of North Carolina, Vol III, Loose Papers and Relanted Materials 1712-1798, abstracted by Dr. Stephen E. Bradley, Jr., p 8: 76. John Bond Jr., Beaufort Co. Inventory taken September 6, 1750 by Lidea Bond. Included were 3 negroes (not names). Proved before Phill. Pritchett.

December 4, 1752 executor for James Flannakin will (James was a neighbor), Beaufort Co, NC, Will Book C p 13-14, Joshua and James Pritchet witnesses. James was the son of Richard Flanakin who wrote a will Sept 5, 1739; June Court, 1741. In Richard's will it names brother Abraham Pritchett and son James as executors.

1755 Tax List Beaufort Co, NC, also Prentice listed as 16+ ; 3 neg. White 2, blacks 3 Tax imposed on white males 16 or over and all blacks 12 or over.

1755: from Beaufort County Two Centuries of Its History, C. WIngate Reed, 1962, p 91, states that "five captains of Beaufort County's seven companies were Captains Simon Jones, Wm. Spier, W. Peyton, Philip Pritchet, and Josiah Jones."

March Court 1757, DB 3, p 295, Beaufort Co, NC: James Pritchet sells Philip Pritchett, 260 acres on S Dividing Creek for 13 pound 6 shillings and 8 pence. Tract was patented May 1, 1720 to William Lewis, sold to William Daw, sold to Abraham Pritchet (June 15, 1739), left in his will to his son James Pritchet

October 1, 1759, DB 3, p 540, Beaufort Co, NC: Abraham Pritchet of Boston, Mass, mariner, sells to Philip Pritchet, planter for 20 pounds, 115 acres on the south side Pamplico River, NW of S Dividing Creek. Part of tract patented to Robert Boyd, sold to Abraham Pritchet then by will to his son Abraham. Wit: Joshua and Peter Pritchet

February 22, 1760, DB 3, p 539, Beaufort Co, NC: Peter Pritchet sells his borther Philip for 15 pounds, 150 acres on the south side of the Pamplico River on the N side of S Dividing Creek. This was part of a tract Robert Boyd sold to Abraham Pritchet and by will to his son Peter Pritchet. Wit: Joshua Pritchet, James Pritchet, and James Smith.

. Patent Book 15, 5848, p 369: Philip Pritchet, October 24, 1761, 100 acres in Beaufort Co on S side of Pamplico River and on the S side of the S dividing Creek, joining his former Survey, a small creek, and the Main Creek.
. Patent Book 23, 5887, p 86: Phillip Pritchett, October 24, 1767, 200 acres in Beaufort on the S. side of Pamplico river (on) the W. side of S Dividing creek and on both sides of the Cypress swamp at the first creek making out of the sd. creek above Joshua Pritchett, joining John Bell and the sd swamp.

March 1767, Grant, DB 4, p 146, Beaufort Co, NC: Lords Proprietors et al to Philip Pritchett, February 2, 1767, the right to erect public building opposite lot 14 in the Town of Bath

List of negros in the estate of Philip Pritchett deceased, lists Ranger who he received in his father Abraham's will in 1749. No date

October 12, 1778, DB 5, p 258, Beaufort Co, NC: Abraham of Beaufort Co sells Philip Pritchett, for 100 pounds, 230 acres on W side of S Dividing Creek beginning Abrahma Pritchett's line
