. Patent Book Two, 1007, p 227: John Bond, March 29, 1727, 350 acres of the South side of Pamplico river, joining the East side of the Western branch of the dividing creek and Thomas Sparrow, which land was formerly surveyed for Abraham Pritchard and by him Elapsed... is now become due to sd. Bond.
. Patent Book Two, 1261, p 309: Nehemiah Yeales, April 5, 1720, 640 acres on the S. Of Pamlico river on the E side of the W Branch of Dividing creek, joing Abraham Pritchard, a little Gut and the sd creek.

1739 listed as property adjoining W side of S Dividing Creek

April 1745 the Assembly divided Beaufort County into seven road districts and appointed road commissioner for each. District 2 roads from Goose Creek to Durham's Creek to the Boundary Line of Craven County. Commissioners: Mr. Abraham Prichard, Mr. John Tripp, and Mr. John Bond.

April 1745 listed as having land adjoining James Flanakin's land

Richard Flanakin's will, Beaufort Precinct, Bath, NC written Sept 5, 1739; June Court, 1741 names brother Abraham Pritchett and son James Flanakin as executors. Could Abraham's wife be Richard's sister?

Abraham's will written January 9, 1749 and proved June Court, 1750. Ex: Philip and Joshua Pritchett (sons) Witnesses John Wallis, W. Bell and James Flanakin
