July 13, 1765, Goochland, Co, VA, Charles Jordan made deeds of gift to two of his sons, Matthew and James, as follows:
"Give grant and confirm To beloved son James Jordan 75 acres of land beginning on Farrara Decline:, and mentions Little Rocky Branch.
