February 25, 1760 Administration to widow Anna. Inventory, 572 pounds, 7 shillings and 3 pence; wearing apparel 16 pounds, feather bed, flock bed, warming pan, loom, cash 14 shillings, carpenters tools, 2 old books one pound, pewter, mare, cow, hog etc.
May 4, 1760 Will, proved November 10, 1761, Widow Anna. Ex son Ephraim. To son Robert, 5 shillings. To son in law Jabez Tucker, 5 shillings. To grandson Robert Petty 5 shillings, To daughter Amy Rathbone, spectacles and silver bows, worsted combs, etc. To daughter Anna Austin, clasps, etc. To son Ephraim and daughters Amy and Anna, rest of estate. Inventory, 199 pounds, 12 shllings and 6 pence
