May 1802 proved that Simon Butler of Stewart sold John Kizer a man named George

John married Polly Cook, June 23, 1802, Montgomery County, TN, John Parchment, wit.

Mary born March 20, 1805 died February 27, 1841

June 12, 1805, Stewart County Minutes, John Kyzer overseer road from Mont. Co line to the forks of the road this side of Grice Creek and all hands to work under him and like wise Mr. McCarty and Mr. THornton to work under him.
