Nov. 2, 1835, John Parchment made motion that William Curtis be removed as guardian of the minor heirs of Joel Mann, deceased, and that John Parchment and Nancy Mann be appointed guardians of Elizabeth, Martha, Nancy and Margaret Mann. Their securities were Jacob Parchment and John Parchment.
Nov. 5, 1835, William Curtis, Former guardian of Elizabeth, Patsey and Margaret Mann, asks that he be restored as guardian as he was not given notice; John Parchment and Nancy Mann are now guardians.
