The same day John Trousdale sells 100 acres on Caney Fork to William Trousdale, Jr, Smith County TN, DB C, p 184-185, witness David Coffee and Pleasant Coffee

August 7, 1818, Smith County, TN, DB F, p 357, David sells the 125 1/2 acres back to John Trousdale, Sr.

November 20, 1820, Smith County, TN, DB G, p 392-393, Thomas Smith sells David Coffee a tract of land.

In John Trousdale's will January 6, 1834 he bequeaths to his grandson John (son of his deceased son William) that tract of land called the Coffee Tract containing 124 acres. Also in his will he lists dau Peggy Harvey dec'd (g children Elizabeth, Jane and John), dau Nancy Smith, dau Eliz McClain (g son John), daug Jane Coffee (g child Nancy and John), son John (g dau Patsy and Nancy S)
