Notes for William Luddington

They removed from New Haven to Waterbury, Conn, before November 28, 1744.

From Hodge Genealogy, Compiled by Orlando John Hodge, Boston: Rockwell and Churchill Press, 1900, p 210: Charles Hodge, Anna's father, appears as a resident of East Haven, Mass, when, October 13, 1715, he purchased two acres of land of William Luddington, and November 7, following, released the same.
p 211: William and Ann were married in 1711. Ann's father purchased 2 acres of land from William which he afterwards released to him. Mr. Luddington was a resident of East Haven late as 1726, afterwards of Waterbuy, Conn.
