Notes for William Phillips, Jr.

In his father's will, Will Book 7, p 323, William Phillips will, proved April 19, 1721, received a third of the plantation where SImon Murphy lately lived, purchased of James Briggs 300 acres and plantation upon the Cypress Swamp which his father purchased from William Hooker 200 acres. Under 16 at the time of his father's will.


The only information located on William, son of William and Mary Swann Phillips, is that on 9-19-1738 he sold to William George land in Surrey County,Virginia that his father bought on 11-5-1694.
