We acknowledge ourselves bound unto the State of Tennessee in the sum of $254.00 to be void if Georg Alman (word Guardian scratched out) who has this day received from John Allman Guardian the sum of $129.00 his share of the personal estate of James Allman deceased, should pay or refund his rateable part of any debt or debts against said Estate, which may hereafter be sued for, recovered or otherwise made to appear. This 13 day of December 1866.
