We acknowledge ourselves bound unto the State of Tennessee in the sum of $197.78 to be void if Elizabeth Shuff who has this day received from James Shuff Administrator the sum of $98.88 her share of the Personal Estate of the said (scratched our words) James Allman deceased should pay or refund her rateable part of any debt or debts that may hereafter sued for, recovered or otherwise made to appear. This 25 day of Jany 1860
