We acknowledge ourselves bound unto the State of Tennessee in the penalty of one hundred and ninety seven dollars and seventy-eight cents, $197.78 to be void if Mary Hearned who has this day received from James Shuff Administrator of the Estate of James Allman deceased the sum of ninety-eight dollars and eighty-eight center 98.88 her share of the Personal Estate of the said James Allman deceased, should pay or refund her rateable part of any debt or debts that may hereafter be sued for recovered or otherwise made to appear. This 25th day of January 1860
