We acknowledge ourselves bound unto the State Of Tennessee in the sum of one hundred and ninety-seven dollars and seventy-eight cents to be void if Levinia Jackson who has this day received of James Shuff Administrator the sum of $98.88, her share of the Personall estate of the said James Allman Decd. Should pay or refund her rateable part of any debt or debts against said Estate which may here after be sued for, recovered, or otherwise made to appear. This 25 day of January 1860.
