We acknowledge ourselves bound and indebted to the State of Tennessee in the sum of $197.78 to be void if R. (blacked out) Allman who has this day received from James Shuff Administrator the sum of 98.88 his share of the Personal Estate of the said James Allman deceased, should pay or refund his rateable part of any debt or debts against said Estate that may hereafter be sued for , recovered or otherwise made to appear. This 25 day of Jany 1860.
