Isaac Hill 452 acres (old and new) 200 acres being old, granted treasuary rights for importation rights 5, March 23, 1715

Virginia Colonial Abstracts, Vol VII, King and Queen Co, records concerning 18th Century persons, p 179
May 20, 1704, James and Margaret Honey, late Margaret Dixon of St. Stephens Parish in King and Queen County in Virginia sell Isaac Hill of the same, for 28 pounds, 200 acres lying in King William Co, "and is the remainder of a patent for 600 acres of land granted us dated October 23, 1703, the other 400 acres being by us sold and conveyed over unto Mathew Lea (sic) and Dennet Abney"

Then part of a page, date burned away but page indicates 1721 - possibly 1722. Isaac Hill of Stratton Major Parish in King and Queen Co sells to Joseph Hail of St. Johns Parish, King William Co, these 200 acres.
