Know all men by these p'sents, that I Weltkin BAGLY relict & Executrix of my late Husband Peter BAGLY
doe for my selfe out of the ["love &" inserted] Naturall ["love &" struck through] affecçon, I bear unto my three Children Elizabeth Peter & Margery BAGLY give & by these p'sents make ["over" inserted] unto my said Children for them and for their proper use, Three Cowes m'ked w.th A hole in Each Ear, & a Crop on y.e right

[p.] 64 Right Ear, w.ch said Cowes is to runn & the proffitts of them, as Namely the increase, for them my said Children as a Joynt stock between them reserveing the whole of all the Male increas of them to my selfe, and att my owne dispose to doe w.th them as I shall think fitting, And what female increase shall be raised of the said Cowes, soe by me given as afores'd, when occasion shall serve and I shall see fitt, to sell & dispose of them, and to Convert them into some other goods for their & ev'y of their ["said" struck through] uses & behoofe, as I shall in my owne Judgem.t soe requisite And further I the said Weltkin BAGLY doe by these p'sents ["likewise" inserted] give & bestow, unto my said three Children aforesaid, Six Pewter Dishes, Six Pewter Plates, Six Pewter Porringers Three Pewter Tankards or drinking Cups & One Iron Pott, ["all" inserted] Which said guifts soe given by me, and as herein expressed, I freely give & make over unto my said three Children Elizabeth Peter & Margerie as afforesaid and if any of the said Children shall happen to depart this life, before they atteyn to age or
marriage, That then such proffitts raised by me, of the said Cattle as aforesaid or other goods purchased by the sale of them, as likewise of y.e pewter & Iron pott herein expressed, & given to be equally shared & devised amongst ["such of my" struck through; "y.e Surviving" inserted] Children, And if two of the said Children dye, then the other Child soe liveing, to have y.e whole benefitt of all the said Cattell pewter & Iron Pott, And further that if it shall please God, to take y.e said Children out of this mortall life before me the said Wiltkin, then all herein soe given and the proffitts expressed to revert & returne back againe to me, and to be att my owne proper use & dispose In performance hereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seal this Ninth day of December 1665
