Source Margery Ida Harrington Matthews Notebook, North Scituate Public Library, Rhode Island: It is not know who Hannah was nor are the names of her children known. A Thomas Harrington, Jr. was made a freeman of Providence. It is likely that he was one of the children. There is also a RIchard Hernden, closely connected with the Scituate group, who may have been a son of THomas, thought by many that he was a son of Joseph. Hezekiah also may have been one of the children.
Prove the Thomas who died in 1722 was son of Benjamin is proved by the fact that the other THomas, son of William, was still living in 1727, when William made his will.
