Could this be Randle's father on the 1715 Corn List? "A lest of Corne brought in for the youse of the Contry upon the Sowswest Side of Perquimens as followeth this 16th of the 12 mo: 1715 and sence" List has 39 names John Johnson 1 bushel is one of the names

December 1754 p 227, A Deed of Sale of land from Randol Johnston and Esther Johnston to John Routon was proved in open court by the oath of Michal Alexandor and ordered to be registered.

Tyrrell County North Carolina Estate Records 1734-1800, abstracted by Dr. Stephen Bradley, Jr., p 27,
1795, Petition of Jessy Davis and his wife Mary. She was the widow of Randall Johnson. He had owned 65 acres on the south side of Alligator Creek, joining John Smith and sd Jessy Davis. Sd David died intestate leaving 2 children. Enoch Ludford was the administrator and sd Jessy Davis the guardian.
January 12, 1795, Bond for Mary Johnston to be guardian to orphan of the dec'd. Bondsmen: William McDaniel, Enoch Ludford.
