Weatherly Family History: from Joseph's Will "Further I give and bequeath to my son Francis A Weatherly the northwest fourth of the southwest fourth of Section No. 15, Township No. 15 Range No. 7 East in the Coosa Land District, making a reserve of one acre whereon the graveyard is now situated, it being the cednter of said acre." This is probably where Joseph was buried.
